Friendly staff, good layout of store. Clean and well stocked. Counted in and out and trolley handles sprayed between customers. Feels relatively covid safe; it's a few other customers who seem less aware of social distancing!

Fantastic store that has a large carpark adjacent with free parking for up to 3hrs. This store is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for all your day to day household needs plus treats, it has a cafe, a juice bar, a deli bar, a wine bar where you can also enjoy a nice glass of wine, a Post Office, plus a large Restaurant. You can also buy plants electrical goods, babies clothing plus other bits, even adult underwear, a lovely fresh bakery, I could go on & on as the shop is amazing, lovely friendly & helpful staff too, but be warned as this store does get extremely busy at times with large queues in the daytime to get your free cup of tea of coffee ( if you have a Waitrose card) in both the cafe & the Restaurant.

Shopping is not the best of experiences at the moment, but from start to finish, Waitrose staff at Salisbury do their very best to make the experience tolerable. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Thanks guys .
