Whites came highly recommended to us, from multiple sources. I have to say those recommendations were well founded. We found the letting team, in particular Rupert, to be professional, polite, courteous, cheerful and always willing to go the extra mile. They call back when they say they will and have never left us hanging on for information we needed. If humanly possible, we'd never want to rent through another agent ever again! After 15 years of renting multiple houses, around the country, we've been pleasantly stunned by just how good the levels of service have consistently been. It really does demonstrate something very good at the heart of a business when each member of staff we've interacted with has been equally helpful and professional. Renting a new house - and especially during a lockdown due to Covid - can be extremely stressful and challenging. And yet this one has to be the least stressful move we've ever had!! That has a lot to do with the flow of information we've been receiving. Very happy to recommend.
What I like about Whites so much is the fact that they were exstremly helpful from the very start when I said what I was looking for - home wise and they got it spot on. The staff are all really lovely and very helpful and friendly. Any problems I have are sorted out fairly quickly. I love the home I am in and it is in the perfect location too.
For many years I have had an excellent relationship with Whites and in particular the Rentals Department who look after my property. I like their professionalism and they have always endeavoured to find me excellent tenants. I am more than happy for this current situation to continue.
I remain so impressed with Whites as an Estate Agent, they stand a part from others because they are professional and always communicating all the way through the process. They are calm when things don t seem to be going well and always maintain a positive behaviour. The Whites team work really well together as they all seem to always know what's happening with your Sale and provide really valuable advice about next steps. I highly recommend Whites if you need to sell or buy a house.
