I had the keratin Treatment for my hair today. They did a great job. The staff is so friendly and helpful.My hair is so shiny and soft looking. A very comfortable salon to go to. They did a wonderful job to my hair . Thanks for making my day

Ruby the owner of this franchise has the worst customer skills, she tries to fleece money out of customers by alluring them into the VIP a membership and other services and customers like me like the specialists who offer very good services and buy these packages.. now come Covid lockdown she starts sending messages about the lock down and the status of opening gradually, however , she cannot offer services that are promised in the packages... what are the customers to do?? We ask for refund from her but NO she refuses to pay back for all the months claiming we didn’t ask her to stop automatic payments .. weren’t we hoping for services to resume ?? Yes the services have resumed but what we paid for is not being offered so in this case should we not get our money back??? After several calls she refunds only one months payment and not the other 2 months.. I will be going to small business court to get my money back Ms. Ruby.. screw you and pity the specialists working there!! Shame on You!!
