My business (Ganvas Beauty) had a TERRIBLE experience with Salon Furniture Depot. 1) They did not come on the day they had arranged to come and they did not update me about it until I followed up with them. 2) Some of the items were worn out when I received them and I messaged to tell them right away ( on August 21, 2020), they said they would come whenever they were in town again (TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE).... it is now Oct 17th (2 months later) and no updates, follows ups, discounts or item replacements. Infact they just stopped answering my emails I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have attached email communications for your reference lol. Do yourself a favour and find another company that is reliable. See attached for some of the communications between me and one of their employees Vinny.. also pictures of the \brand new items\ at the time I received them

I'd give this company no stars.!!!! Horrible to deal with!! Only answered our initial emails and then when we wanted to actually place the order .... Crickets. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls. Very strange and very, very poor business ethics! We googled further businesses and had fantastic customer service from Union Salon Furnishings and within 24 hours, our order has been placed and shipped!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCHANT! This merchant does not even deserve 1 star, but it was the lowest available. They delivered a \Tattoo Bed Hydraulic Black Table\ that was in a box and not assembled. They said they would send someone to assemble it and never did after numerous calls and messages. In addition, there were missing and unmatched parts that made the problem even worse. After 6 months of trying to get them to deliver the proper parts we gave up and then were forced to seek a local metal fabricator to correct the problem at our cost. Our contact was \Vinny\, and he is dishonest! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCHANT!
