Susan colored my hair. I told her my hair had a tendency to turn very red and brassy when I color so make sure my hair doesn't turn red. We'll I'm red and she left the color on my ends to long so they are black when the color was supposed to be light brown. It looks terrible.

The ladies in my golf group introduced me to Shellee at La Diva in Factoria when I was complaining about not being able to get a great hair cut and admiring their hair. They have all been going to Shellee for years. Shellee is an experienced artist who listens to her clients. I have fine hair and with her cut I barely have to do anything to get a great looking style, except dry my hair with a round brush. Her cut gives my hair volume it has never had before, and the cut grows out beautifully. Shellee is also an expert colorist. My friend's hair looks natural, shiny, and healthy after one of her colors. The salon is clean and located centrally in the Factoria area of Bellevue, directly behind McDonalds.
