Spur of the moment hair cut. Was in the area and my normal place could not accomodate because they were busy and over-booked. This salon was well run and well staffed with professionals who were obviously happy to be there. A first class establishment and a happy accident on my part. I plan on making this place a regular stop. Just for the review, I am male and they were perfectly adept at offering haircuts for men. Very pleased with the service and the interactions with all of the staff. Would highly recommend this business.

In this time of COVID-19, I have felt safe and secure not only in what they do to ensure safety, but their dedication to doing the right thing always. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and consistency of the staff. Vivian is a fabulous esthetician — Love my facials. Lisa has given me the best cuts and color I’ve had since moving here. I had appointments on 25 and 26 June 2020. On both occasions, I observed employees and clients not wearing required facial masks. As the COVID-19 rate of infections continues to rise rapidly in Brevard, I feel Salon Madeleine is putting the health of their clients and employees at risk (not to mention they are not adhering to sanitation requirements). This is irresponsible. I, for one, will not be using their services in the future.

Fabulous salon! I was Happy with my previous salon but I Liked my stylist Juan so followed him there. Juan is awesome. I had been to many other day spas in my 20 years of living here. Was difficult to find someone to understand my problem hair. I’ve always had very fine, fragile hair and now that I’m in my 60’s its thinning bad. From my first visit w him I was thrilled w his expertise. I was always told by other stylists that I could not add highlights or my hair would suffer. Juan convinced me that its possible and did it! I went from bland, plain brown color to lively highlighted color. Looks like more hair! A color expert for sure. I’ve seen work he’s done w other types of hair, thick, curly, etc. All look like works of art. I would recommend him for any type of hair. The receptionist Emily is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and sooo.. .. helpful. Always w a smile. The owner, Lisa is very accommodating and attentive to all of her customers. She always remembers names. Thats professional. And their COVID precautions are totally up to CDC standards (take it from a nurse). Very high recommendations for this salon!!!

Aveda take me away!! Love, love, love this place! Had a rough day & need a pick me up? Want a new look? Maybe just a trim? Or maybe you just want to inhale the herbal goodness of Aveda? Whatever your need Lisa P. and the ladies at a Salon Madeline can make it happen! I have always been a huge fan of Aveda products and was really happy to have found this gem. Lisa is wonderful and the salon is so comfortable and clean. Everyone is friendly, fun, and talented. Walking in the door and inhaling deeply just helps you to relax right from the beginning. Prepare to be pampered... you deserve it!!
