Was to have an 8am appointment for one of the most important days for me. My sons wedding. The owner Ben never showed up. I waited for over an hour. Still no Ben. I needed to leave so I would be on time for pictures. He had others waiting for him as well. So now everyone will be backed up. What a shame. Please, ladies find another salon! I am sure there are many more out there. As for me say a little prayer that I can do it myself!
