This is a place where you will find professional groomers in Quebec city!! My dog stayed there for 2h30 and he seemed to have enjoyed the experience. He got a nice fur cut for a real doodle! And because I was a new client I only wish to know better how it works at the beginning (the time it takes, who was going to call me etc). Update: my second time going to this place was disappointing! The groomer (maybe a new one) took some notes about why I wanted for my dog this time and we appeared to have reached a commun point. 2h later I go back to pick up my dog and his fur was trimmed way to much (close to the skin). The groomer told me she has found some mats deep down in the fur (2 legs). So instead of communicating with me before the procedure she just decided for her own and did the complete opposite of what it was discussed. On top of it, he had a nail bleeding! It s an expensive place and I would expect at least a better communication with the client. If you decide to go there, make sure absolutely sure they will contact you before extreme decisions. A hairy dog changes his behavior when shaved down like they did (for a little while). Be aware!

Good place to leave pets overnight..just wished there was more information or communication available to pet parents when asked since there is no other way to check on pets yourself such as a live camera feed of pet or etc.
I only have great things to say about this place!!! Staff and service was the 10/10 and my dog was calm with the groomers. Definitely 5 star worthy.
Excellent endroit pour mes chiens. Ils adorent ! Et il sont revenu tout beau avec un beau petit foulard en prime ! Très satisfait , bon service !
