Catastrophe. That a company can work that way is a mystery. Systems that do not work. They did not accept my VISA card because it was not created in Spain. (I had never heard that before) For over 2 years wrong address in google mybusiness, wrong opening hours. ..nobody cares.. After a mistake by Vodafone, a bill was charged twice (that was in middle of March 2018). After several visits, some mails and 3 chats, 3 months !! later, I still have not received the money.) The only positve is that the internet is good and the guy of Salou staff is kindly. Otherwise, I would give zero points if you could.
