My experience working with Emily Brown has been way better than I imagined. I have never done anything like this before and the process is new but very simple. Emily’s listening and understanding skills are thorough and on point. I feel like she has really gotten to know me and what I want in a relationship in a very short time. I have appreciated her prompt responses to our calls or emails which is important when you are busy. Even more notable, I am particularly grateful that during a process that can be, at times, discouraging, I have left every call, that I have had with Emily, feeling understood, uplifted and hopeful that I will be connected with a wonderful man. The level of empathy combined with professionalism that Emily is bringing to the table is impressive, as it is rare and valuable with this work. I am so so grateful! Thank you !

Emily is a very cheerful person. When she calls, I feel so happy. Her vibe over the phone helps me to feel positive. When she calls, I feel hopeful. Her personality is professional and personal at the same time. Thank you Emily! I'm not sure about the company yet. I haven't had that many matches yet. I'm not sure that my money is well spent yet either. Seems like a lot, however, I know that ya'll need to be paid.

I joined this a few months ago. The first match they gave me said she was busy and kept postponing the date. Never happened. The next number was keen on meeting at a restaurant only and refused to meet anywhere-else and thereafter no contact. In retrospect, I think she was hired by them to use my match payment in promise of free lunch! Then covid came and all the numbers they gave me were bogus. The matched person either didn’t respond or gave some excuse to talk later but no dates!!! Their employee Vanessa specifically told me that the other person changed their mind and doesn’t want to meet anyone due to COVID lockdown. So they’ll get me another match instead. Later she said they don’t care what happens after they provide the number. Similar issues happened again and again and they used out all my matches!!! Effectively they gave bogus numbers and ripped me off.

I have found this matchmaking service useful. They take into consideration the specific qualities you are looking for in a match. The matchmaker Emily is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

They said they would set me up with about 1 date every 4-6 weeks. Did not deliver. I agree with the commenter who said they don't have the clientele they advertised. They charged me 3,000 and set me up with 2 dates over a 5 month period. When I called and asked what the delay was they blamed it on "the holidays" and people not wanting to be set up during that time. Also, didn't listen to what my personal needs were when considering who to set me up with. Complete scam. Luckily I met my soul mate on my own and am very happy now. Save your money and don't trust this service.
