Got a wrap and chips only to find raw chicken inside! I'm not talking about under done, I mean this chicken is still pink on the outside (face palm). Disappointing after loving this franchise - definitely won't be risking it again!

I am deducting 2 stars due to the fact that only once I got home, did I discover that our entire family order was incorrect so I had to get back in my vehicle and go all the way back to this store. Upon my return arrival I was not offered an apology but simply handed my correct order which was standing on the counter getting cold. Oh, I was also given a pathetic generic robot pamphlet offering me a buy 1 get 1 free of a random promo meal next time as some sort of make good - fail!! Also, while originally waiting for my order, some staff were counting the wads of cash from a till in the front of the shop at a front table and in full view of customers - might I suggest putting up a sign that says "Rob us" instead? The food would've got this review a 4: good wrap, chips and burger. I'd order again, but I'll open and inspect each item in the bag before leaving for home instead of wasting my time and fuel next time.
