We have been sending our daughter to Salta since she was little. Great instructors and Sara Orr is amazing!!

Hands down the best place to enroll your kids into. Excellent caring safe coaches.
I had my girl in the competitive program. She did amazing under the instruction of the former head coach and program director. The volunteer board fired both of these women and now my child no longer has the quality coaching she once had. This place is toxic and a horrible place to send your child. We have since made a switch to twist and flip. You are better off supporting a private business than a corrupt non profit gymnastics club. Shame on you board members of Salta.
Under qualified staff and poor management. I don’t know who’s running this place but my daughter just started Saturday and I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and the lack of enthusiasm from the staff. Will be seeking a refund as I expect her coaches to be experienced for the amount of money I just forked out.
I love this place as an activity for my daughter and coaches are great ,but customer service is awful. I've attempted to come several days during the "open hours" and doors have been locked and no one to answer the phone. I have wasted alot of my time and gas trying to go there during their business hours..
They have the worst and rudest employees for example my friend and I went on the trampoline at the same time by mistake. the rule is 1 at a time so I was getting off and the one employee got mad and told us to get off and we can't go on again. I tried to calmly explain to her what happend and she kept cutting me off. They also have the Trashiest cards. Which are super easy to loose. All together I have a horrible experience there. If your reading this go some place better like the down town YMCA.
My two and four year old daughters are golden gymnastics at salta and they absolutely love it. The staff and coaches are phenomenal and I would recommend anyone putting their children in here. I intend to re-register my children after this season for the next one as well. I can see myself and my family being a part of this organization for many years to come.
Lack of effective communication, make their own rules, coaches inconsiderate towards hearing members concerns. Made unethical decision to remove daughter from team after she had an emotional breakdown because they changed their rules after 7mths into a contract without contacting parent first. Blame others rather than being accountable or responsible for making bad decisions. What they say goes, don't question them. The club has potential, however they don't care about other people's feelings. Daughter loved her team, some of the coaches behaviour is questionable.
