Terrible experience. I bought two items that were faulty, I didn’t have the receipt but they scanned them on the till,Which show the price of the item and even the time they were bought a week previous and they still wouldn’t refund me. The woman was incredibly rude on the till I would say she was in her 60s,Made me feel really bad for returning an item and she was like the Spanish Inquisition asking me so many questions about why I wanted to return the item. I asked to speak to the manager and she was no better and took the side of the till assistant,I ended up being at the till for lhalf an hour with no refund and just being intimated and a queue full of angry people waiting.The till operative was very slow snd rude snd very unhelpful And I am now 40 quid out of pocket due items that don’t work,sadly no refund still .I won’t be using Saltash Cornwall b and m again
