Great staff, owner Ian will sort you out. My family had been using this shop for a long time. They will repair your appliances such as ovens, washers and Hoover's. They will not rip you off, and do a very professional job. You can also get a new appliance within a day if it is in stock. Not only that, they will take away your old appliance for free for recycling or scrap. Lastly if you need your bicycle repaired, they will also do this too. Overall a great family run business.

I got help from 2 gentlemen from the shop with my dishwasher. It was not emptying the water, it was either get a new appliance or try to have it fixed. Did call the shop, 2 gentlemen arrived next day. They already suspected what was wrong by just having symptoms described. They moved the machine out from under the desktop, exchanged a small part and declared the problem fixed. This was in April this year and I felt guilty for not coming with this feedback earlier. Dishwasher works perfectly. The price was reasonable. GMI Domestics would be the first firm I would contact when having problems with domestic appliances.

Rang them yesterday late afternoon out the following morning .were unfortunately unable to repair washing machine but I thought that may be the case. Only charged 10 call out fee unbelievable in this day and age Will be going back to them for a new one Friendly personal service rare to find today
