Booked for a one night stay, they cancelled due to COVID 19 which is totally understandable but refused to return my deposit. Spoke to a woman with a very manly voice and she was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to in my life. I’m left wondering how many peoples deposits they are refusing to return even though legally you have a right to get them back. Avoid this place!!! Absolute rogue traders

Unrivaled service in every way. Excellent location and adapt to all needs. Professionalism in every area of guest service. Awesome Team was brilliant, Miss Natalie made Us to have the best experience We have ever had. Rooms and common areas where tidy and clean. Looking forward to go back and enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommended.
