Appointment waiting times: The waiting times here are absolutely shocking! I've once had to miss an exam at school for the first few minutes because of a doctors appointment. I was meant to return to school around 9am. I had to wait around 1 and a half hours and missed the entire exam. I didn't even get to see my doctor on that day. You really need to sort this out!!

I had a e consultation online, in which I was asked questions, very easy to follow, within a couple of hours I had a phone call from the doctor, and my prescription was ready at my selected local chemist in the afternoon, brilliant, would highly recommend this.

You can have an appointment at 09.20 and you can still be waiting for 49 minutes to be seen. No explanation. This happens to me just about every time I'm here. But the main issue is getting someone to answer the phone in the first instance. Call waiting systems (.. \you are second in the queue\) have been a thing for 30 years. A complete shambles. I could go on.
