After buying x,xxx's of John Deere products. I had issues with my sweeper. I carried it back like John Deere ask me to do. They called saying it was ready. Went to get it and it was still the same. I tried to explain to shop guy, but it he ain't very bright. And in many words called me a lie. Then told me to get it and don't bring it back. So I called John Deere and they work with me with company that made it. The knew right off the bat what was wrong. I gave them serial number and lot number. They tell me I got a defected hitch. And gonna send me another one in mail. Screw Scruggs. Wade incorporated will get my business for now on. At least they are honest and will go out the way to make things right. Scruggs got paid so the don't care.

Wow what a store. This will be my new go to place, for things I once went to the big box stores for. Before I visited I thought they were just farm and lawn equipment, but this place has everything, clothing, appliances, long and short guns, welders, feed, fencing and much more. I'm so impressed you my ask why only three stars, well during this pandemic no employee had on a face covering. Most customers did not either and I found that employees were not helpful to those wearing mask. When this pandemic is over I will be shopping here.
