My sister and I stayed at the Blue Firefly Inn and it was so very enjoyable. Lovely hospitality amid the quiet of the mountains. The owner has done a fabulous job restoring the home and there is a nice mix of old and more modern. Simple but very well done. Breakfast Menu is healthy and well balanced. So many nice little extras that add so much to the experience.

This is a beautifully restored home in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Easy drive to places like Flat Rock and Hendersonville. The owner is a phenomenal cook and designer. She made us Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Raspberries and Cream Cheese French Toast for Breakfast. Every inch of the place was decorated just like you'd walked into a magazine shot for a cozy mountain retreat. The owner did a fabulous job of bringing the outside in.
Authentically restored, beautiful Craftsman home. 5 minute walk to town. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with several choices. The owner is an artist which is reflected in the decor and food. Will stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Firefly and will definitely return. Alexis has done a fabulous job remodeling this home by keeping the architectual history, but updating with modern furnishings and updated bathrooms. She is indeed a good cook and the breakfasts were delicious. Looking forward to visiting again this summer.
My daughter and I stayed at the Blue Firefly during the summer. The rooms are comfortable and clean; the food is delicious; the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming; the owner is helpful and knowledgeable of the area’s activities. We will definitely stay here again next time we pass though Saluda.
