Up to the expectations. The food was delicious and the portions big enough. Fabulous choice of cheeses, worth the trip just to eat them! Average wine list but the house wine proposed was good. Absolutely recommended

If you pass by Saluzzo at lunch time you have really stop by. A homemade local piedmonties food. The service is great and personal are very kind. They can also speak English which was great to explain some of their specialities. They have also veggiterian options. I really liked the food and the price was also acceptable. I definitely recommend it.

We went there on a Wednesday evening around 8 PM without booking a table, but nevertheless got one for two after waiting for 15 minutes (while enjoying our aperitifs). I suspect the menu was in Piedmontese, because our attempts at translating it from Italian to English with the help of Google Translate were in vain. I ordered gnocchi for primo, boar with polenta for secundo and tiramisu for dessert. The gnocchi, served straight from the pan, looked so unpretentious, but tasted just divine. The tiramisu was also first class. My partner ordered the menu, which consisted of pasta for first course and a huge amount of meat for the second course. How the meat was served, can be seen on the attached photo. He also had a panna cotta, which was as good as one panna cotta can get. Three courses for two people three glasses of wine cost us 60. The staff was very friendly and the overall experience was one of the highlights of our trip.

Excellent food, small portions. Unfortunately the room can get very noisy when groups call in.
