I took my car in for a quote for repairs. They called me and told it would cost between EUR 500 - EUR 700... "maximum EUR 750", they said. When I arrived, the bill was EUR 830. When I raised the amount they promised on the phone, the attendant got quite aggressive and I just had a weird vibe about the whole thing. It's a pity because if they had just said it upfront, it would've been fine. Reading through the other reviews has convinced me to find another place next time.

My usual car maintenance joint. Staff knows me and treats me well. Honest in their price estimates and far cheaper than dealerships.

Bis jetzt hätte ich, basierend auf meinen bisherigen Erlebnissen in dieser Filiale, nur 1-2 Sterne verliehen. Aber heute - Top Performance! Kompetente Auskunft und Vorab-Orga am Telefon, das Team an der Annahme hat dann auch darüber Bescheid gewusst, Auto kam rasch in die Werkstatt und nach kurzer Zeit war ich wieder mobil. Bitte weiter so :)
Sehr gestresste Mechaniker, ich hatte das gefühl da nicht willkommen zu sein. Diagnose war auch nicht korrekt.
