Very helpful and friendly company. When I arrived I had to call a phone number and within 15 minutes someone was there to assist me. Very friendly and flexible, and personal agreements about the rental period and the price. Very nice.

We picked up our bikes do we’re on our way in about 5 minutes. The staff were efficient and friendly enough and fitted us straight off with proper size bikes, which were the more upright setup with higher bars, so we wobbled just a tad on our way out but they were easy to get used to and ride. The bikes were medium used .. not new but not old and rickety. It was a good experience to pickup the bikes in Mozartplatz vs other rental places that are a bit more on the fringe of the main tourist area.
