Been there four times and each and every time the staff had their nose so high up in the air, it did not fail to slightly amuse me. Apart from their arrogant demeanour, by the end of the day they get over it and manage to sell you their product - even if they try their best to make you feel like you don't deserve it. That point is worth 2 stars in my book.
