Very very unprofessional. I tried ordering print and paid the rush fee 63 for rush printing and the order was not even delivered after 6 days. Customer service is extremely rude and won't even let you talk and keep uttering non-sense repeated lines. I asked for refund as I didn't get my order which was supposed to be delivered a week ago and customer service says they cannot refund the money. Also fun fact, customer service cannot tell you what the status of the order is even after receiving order number. Tried leaving multiple voicemails to manager who is probably on leave as not a single call answered/responded in 6 days. Friendly advice, please do not use this service. Worst business, false promises, money stealing company and worst customer service.

Placed the order on Friday, approved the proofs on Sunday, and now it's Thursday (almost a week later!) and the items have still not even been printed. So... \same day\? Nope. \Rush\? No again! \Printing\ ? Even that remains to be seen. Also, the first proofs were incorrect, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail. The final kicker, I specifically placed this order with this company because they claimed they'd be printing out of Los Angeles, so worst case I could arrange for a pickup. What they don't mention is they might decide to send it to another office for printing (could be anywhere in the country), and then even though I paid extra for a rush courier to get it to me the next morning, they changed my delivery to BASIC UPS! Much slower. So I won't get the items in time. Also spoke to the Manager and he was utterly unhelpful; he didn't seem to care or even comprehend how to help rectify the issue. All in all, this is a SCAM.
