Samm's repair technician came on time and fixed our furnace problem. It didn't take long for the problem to be fixed. I was pleased that the technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and being very honest!

Karl, like everyone at Samm's was fantastic. They know their stuff. I spoke with Karl on the phone and told him what I thought the problem was. I asked if he thought I could fix it. He nicely educated me as to what the other problems could be but said I could certainly try. In the age of YouTube, everyone thinks they can DIY. Because of Karl's patient and friendly way in which he answered my question, I told him I thought it would be best if he came over to take a look. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue in less time than I expected. The issue also happened to be different than I thought it was. The work was also done for a reasonable price. That is why my family only calls Samm's when we have HVAC trouble.

I love this company! Tiffany came by and worked her magic. She is skillful at what she does. She is methodical, knowledgeable, and explains the issues in a direct and clear manner. She is honest and does not jump to the priciest solution. This company does good honest work. These people are good! Very Trustworthy!!!!!!

I have a maintenance contract with Samm's for the past 10 years with semi-annual visits to ensure my heating and AC unit is working effectively. This was Tiffany's first visit to my home. Overall, she was the consummate professional. She arrived on time, wore a mask, and her boots were covered with deposable booties. As she introduced herself she asked about any issues or questions I had since my last on-site visit. As I had a plumbing issue related to water condensation from my air conditioning unit , she let me know how that might have happened as well as she would be checking the run-off pan. After she inspected my unit within my attic (as well as replacing my air filter), she provided a thorough review and explanation of how 'dust/rust' was coming from the attached copper pipes. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable she was as well as how thoroughly she answered my questions. I'm very pleased to be working with a locally owned business with well trained and friendly techs taking care of my home AC/Heating unit. Definitely five stars!

First Emilio Patella came and took information and made plans. Amber kept me informed. Then Daniel and two other employees came and installed my new air conditioner/heating unit. They were professional and neat and I'm very pleased with the new system. Everyone was also polite and pleasant. I would recommend Samm's to anyone who needs air conditioning/heating repair or a new unit. A quality business.
