they are cheaters and take bookings and never receive the call later and construction is just half done past many years. many have booked and went in loss many complaints logged many have cancelled , but no response from them. the worst experience anyone can have in their life is SAMRUDDi,,, CHEATERS

Fraud company. We bought a home with them in 2016 and the possession was dec 2017. The construction has stopped and these people are not even giving the exact reason for dismissal. No informations has been provided. they don't pick our call when we get in touch nor respond to the emails. DONOT think of going with this builder at all. NIGHTMARE to be associated with them. DONOT DESERVE EVEN A HALF STAR

The project at Samruddhi Mystic Wind is delayed by 3 years. The CRM team kept changing, false promises made and broken by the management, they refused to meet us as a team ever and kept giving excuses for delay. Not trustworthy at all. We are left with units without proper electricity, STP and even amenities are incomplete. The builder is struggling with money and we might have to complete the unit on our own. Stay away if you love your hard earned money!

Worst People Ever ..... especially Preetham , Yashodar and Ravinder BL**** BA****DS they take job from you, but they will never pay for it..... they will ask to call and call ..... but never got my money back..... worst people and cheaters... Especially Yoshadar accounts Manager such a cheater and worst fellow ever seen in my life.... the ring master is Ravindra ..... this is how they do business taking work from every one and not paying them back, Never address anyone...... have so much too show off, but never showed there faces again.
