Sam knew exactly what he was talking about and barely needed any info to set me straight. I called so many other places and was getting discouraged when I found his shop. I did not get my laptop serviced by him for specific reasons but any further repair work I need is going to Sam. I always appreciate people saving me 80 with just a couple minutes of time.
