Nice lady, but I brought a pair of oil finished boots to be cleaned and oiled, and for some inexplicable reason she PAINTED, now my formerly matte finished boots with nice uneven tones are all shiny and one even color.

I have been to several cobblers and four saddle shops, and nobody was able to fix my boots. I went to Sam’s shoe repair and Debbie was able to fix both my boots! If you’re looking for a cobbler in the Trenton Morrisville area I highly recommend them!

I came 10 minutes before closing and this man Sam I Am said it dont matter he will keep the shop open for me.. i had a shoe that i thought was impossible to fix but i was absolutely in love with it. He put all his love and effort and with the 74 yrs experience he had got the job done in no time and what's even more unbelievable he charged me 0 dollar and said he was happy to serve me and see me smile. His daughter was just as wonderful soul and kept declining to make money. They said they only charge reasonable price but if they can do something really quick they don't. I love these God people

The Coach purse that my mother bought me before she died broke. I took it in to Sam's Plaza Shoe repair because of the great reviews. I walked in, and the guy's daughter was at the counter. I would say that she greeted me, but it's not quite the term I would use. Unlike the other reviews that paint the picture of a happy family with Disney birds happily chirping at the daughter's extended fingers, when I walked in, she was rude and nasty. I really wanted to get my purse repaired, so I swallowed my pride, and forked over the 17.50. several days later, I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. He picked it up last Saturday, 5 days ago. Tonight it broke in exactly the same spot. Had they been kind and lovely to me, I would bring it back and give them a chance to fix it. Instead, I am going to take it to a different place. And, of course, I am choosing to write this review. I will let you know if the new shop is able to repair it, and will respond to this review when I am sure it's fixed.
