Unfortunately I was the recipient of a stray screw which killed my tyre, thankfully Steve was open during lockdown to get me back on the road. Quick & pleasant interactiom. Recommend for those Brunswick locals.
They smoke cigarettes indoors here... Gross. Heard the mechanic complaining about me for calling in the background when I asked how he was going with it after it was later than he originally promised. I've had good experiences here but after one quote of 550 for a CV axle when it was around 200-250 elsewhere I decided to give up on Sam's.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service and very professional quality with very reasonable turn around. Highly recommended, I can't stress that enough. Thanks guys for running such a stand up business.

Called the previous day to ask about a puncture repair, they told me to bring it in the following day. Took it in and they had the problem sorted in under 20 mins. Were very polite and reasonably priced. Would go there again.
