My brother is an experienced singer teacher who has been teaching now full time for the last 5 years and recommended one of his students when they were ready to this company. We booked a 4 hour studio session which was then cancelled last minute twice by this company we were then told by email not even a phone call that someone would call us back on Monday to re-arrange (sessions were booked for a Saturday and both times cancelled Friday afternoon) however the call Monday never happened so we were forced to chase yet again. We also had to deal with the student who has a Saturday job and took two days off who was pretty disgruntled that we had recommended this company fortunately she could see the error was zero to do with my brother or myself but this company. Since then we have been chasing a refund for the last three months and are getting the run around and the occasisonal email saying “this has been passed to our accounts team” now I work in a company with payroll and accounts department and I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take three months to issue a refund. Whilst the sessions maybe excellent if yours don’t get cancelled I would be very weary about using these guys as if one things goes wrong and they have to cancel your money will be returned to you there are a lot safer companies available in the London area that we are now using and fingers crossed have had no issues at all

Samurai Sound were totally awesome, totally a pleasure to work with and nothing was ever too much hassle. Rubin was totally brilliant, given he was dealing with 10 kids (aged 5-12)! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the recording experience and Rubin's ability to quickly grasp what we were trying to do really helped the flow. Thanks again to the team and I would definitely recommend Samurai Sound to everyone :)
I had a great time recording at Samurai Sound. These guys were really relaxed and helpful so I immediately felt comfortable. This gave me the right attitude to go in and do my thing. With great results. Location is a bit unusual but once you're in it's all forgotten.
This studio is fantastic and has a really cool filming and photography front space available to hire!
Great voice over job and recording from the team at Samurai Sound! Great value for money and great work!! Staff we ever so helpful. Will be recommending them to any other business in need of any voice-over recordings!
