We felt ripped off by the staff who told told us it was 180 per game or 900 for one hour. So we played one game and got charged 900! (It’s per person - not per game!) Apart from that we had fun But who wants to pay 900 baht for 1 frame of bowls - that’s a joke

Bowling is one of our favourite activities, so we were looking forward to bowling with friends. We were able to book the lanes we needed and paid the downpayment. When we arrived at the venue, we immediately noticed how loud the music was. We were shown to our lanes and got our bowling shoes. We had to write our names down as to who would be playing on each lane, since they won't allow you to enter it in yourself. A little strange to me, since in other countries were allowed to do, but no big deal. The music was so loud, we could barely hear each other when we were speaking. So I asked one of the workers if they could turn the music down just a little so we could enjoy the music and the company of the people around us. They didn't do anything. We asked again nothing again. We had fun bowling however, could barely even have a conversation with our friends as the music was too loud. The other thing that shocked us, was that they were playing songs with many curse words. We had school aged children with us as well and it was very inappropriate. It ruined our experience there and I would tell anyone who is looking to go and spend time with friends and family not to go there since the music is way too loud.

Simply horrible. Karaoke rooms are priced very high with 400 an hour for the smallest one. Their computer in our room was very slow and kept freezing making it impossible to select songs so we asked for a new room. Then the last 10mins this computer froze and stop playing music, called staff and he said he’d have to reboot the computer and will give us another 5mins for the wait. How does 5 extra minutes make any sense when all of the songs we’d selected were gone when computer being restarted. Do they have any idea how long it takes to go through the lists and find songs we like, no one comes in with a list of songs noted and ready to go! The last 5 mins one of the microphone died, had to get staff to change to a new one. Completely chaotic and ruined my mood for the day.
