We enjoyed our stay at Concho Pearl RV Estates. The pull-through site was level & had plenty of room for parking. We were there for the San Angelo stock show when the water crisis and blizzard both hit at once. The roads were icy and dangerous when we were supposed to leave, so the park manager allowed us to leave our trailer until the weather cleared. She was extremely kind, & understanding of our situation, & even checked to make sure we made it home safely. Thankfully, the snow and ice was almost melted when we returned. This is the only RV park we've stayed in that left a welcome gift on our steps -a kind and thoughtful gesture, and very much appreciated. The park was quiet and well-maintained. We'll definitely stay there again. Concho Pearl RV Estates gets 5 stars from us.

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving, 2020. The owner was extremely nice and very helpful. We had never been to San Angelo before and needed a nice quiet place to rest a while after the passing of my mom in September. The park was very clean and was very quiet, despite the traffic on the road in front of the park. We really didn't hear it at night. The owner was always available and willing to provide us information about what to do in San Angelo. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, or quiet enough if we wanted to do nothing. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We would stay again!
My husband, our two dogs and I stayed here for 13 months. Every review saying the owner is rude is very odd to me. She was so nice from the moment we got there until we left. Always very friendly, was very excited for us when we got married and also when we got pregnant. She organized a Christmas lights ride that was a cute thing to see/do. And if I ever had an issue of any kind (not often) she was very quick to respond. We used the laundry room the whole time we were there with no problems. The dog area is large enough for my 2 girls to run and play, just watch the ants in the warm weather. This is mostly a place that houses full time RVers. The road noise can be loud at times but most rv parks we've stayed at (that are conveniently located) have some sort of road noise. The other downside for me was that I'm a light sleeper and the recycling place up the road would wake me up early sometimes. All around a nice place to stay! If you don't cause any issues you will have a pleasant stay!
If I were you, I'd just look for another place. I'd keep posting but the lady sure likes to come on here and reply to justify herself so I'll wait when she' replies to give full review. I will just say she sure does know how to harass a man's family for no reason and blame tenants for acts that weren't committed. Owner truly lacks profession in business. KOA is your best bet! DONT COME HERE!
We love Concho Pearl RV. We are long term here and enjoy this place as our home.
Large well kept park. Clean with large spaces
First day. Clean and neat seems quiet. Internet service is spotty when it works its great. Tmobile has very good coverage. Impossible to use internet for working. Loses signal every 3 minutes.
Unpleasant and unprofessional interaction with park manager.
