I recently completed my body shop repairs at this site. Their service was super duper! I received timely updates from them regarding the status of my car work. My car was ready on time based on their intial projected finished date of service. I enjoyed working with Johnny Jensen who provided great great great customer service. He was patient, clearly explained the work, and answered my questions to my understanding. I'm glad my Geico Insurance company recommended this vendor to me.

Wow! Two days ago, another electrician spent over 2 hours trying to find the source of 1.5 rooms that suddenly lost power. Finally, he apologetically said he was stumped & left (and was honest enough not to charge me). BK dispatched 2 electricians this morning who were able to isolate & repair the problem in less than an hour! I will definitely use this company again for any tasks requiring an electrician.
