I was told they can work with my downpayment when I got a quote over the phone. I went in and their system was down Shellly was super nice and even told me that they would def work with me because the system was down to which her manager Ashley heard so they had to do it Manuel through the company itself. I worked in insurance and know your “downpayment” is bonus for them so they can work with you. Ashley told me that they could not work with me because they were doing it manually when I know that when you make your payment your amount for insurance goes directly to them and the rest to AMax.... should have not gotten insurance through them but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to look around ASHLEY IS VERY RUDE since she first walked in from lunch I feel she got upset I wanted Shelly to help me and took it out EVERYONE THE DOWNPAYMENT GOES TO THEM FOR THIER CUT SO JUST SO YOU KNOW THAT ADMIN FEE AND PAPER FEE CAN BE LOWER!!!!
