I wasn’t going to leave a poor review because the customer service was great but I’m still dealing with this ongoing issue. I moved into my apartment and had no issues, it’s an amazing apartment and I was excited to live here. I was recommended to all Texas laundry by my complex and I rented a washer and dryer. The appliances came and within an hour I realized the washer was infested with roaches. Baby roaches and a few adult roaches were crawling in, out, and all over the washer. I had them remove it as soon as they could, had pest control come, and bought my own spray but by the time they came (next day) who knows how many got out. Now just this week I’ve found 3 roaches and I’m having pest control come and I have to remove everything from my kitchen so they can do this deep treatment. Who knows if that will even work? These apartments have never had a bad review for roaches and now my wonderful place, we’re I live with my toddler sons, has disease carrying roaches. I’m beyond upset and disappointed. I wish I never rented anything from this company! Wayne, Roaches are extremely hard to get rid of, so you are wrong. It is extremely likely that the tiny baby roaches that crawled out from that machine are now the adult roaches I’m seeing because it could take multiple treatments. Sometimes roaches persist despite treatment, because again, they are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of. I have to AGAIN take everything out of my kitchen as if I’m moving, leave for the day and let them spray, and then put everything back. I hardly have time to eat with my schedule with my twins. All because you clearly do not check your machines, If you did then this wouldn’t have happened. In my eyes, your company’s mistake or lack of care of their machines has ruined my apartment.

Super easy to work with. No complaints whatsoever.
Very easy to set up. Machines work well and I have had no issues. Called once for a service and they came out the next day. Over all a good experience.
Great place to go for a washer/dryer rental. Great pricing and good service.
