First off, our wedding was affected by COVID. So as you can imagine, we had MANY ups and downs. A lot of money was lost with vendors who used the excuse “it’s not our fault” to not return deposits, etc. So before we had our consult with Gretchen, we were a bit skeptic since we had negative interactions with other vendors due to COVID. Our wedding was possibly going to have many more turns to go and we didn’t know how Gretchen would accommodate. To our relief she was very personal and understanding of the situation. She assured us that she would be very flexible if something out of our hands were to arise. She was very communicative and professional but so genuine. Our invitations were amazing! So well put together and elegant. She also allowed us to use a portion of the invitation that we already had on our own. Not once did we feel obligated to spend more money out of our budget. We definitely recommend her and will be using her again.

I was referred to use their invitations by my wedding planner and was excited for the product quality however I was not happy with the service we encountered while our the events transpired over a year ago, I feel it necessary to warn anyone that you may experience what I did... we ordered save the dates and invites from Gretchen back in January 2019, the wedding was in August 2019 When we were told the save the dates were ready, we told Gretchen we would be leave work early to pick them up and seeing that her business hours were until 5pm on Friday ... my fiance got to the shop at 4:45pm and was walking up to the shop's door when he saw Gretchen tape a sign to the door, lock the door and turn off the “Open” sign. He knocked, and she did not come to the door, the paper read “closing early for an event.” Knowing we were on our way she did not inform us that she would be closing early and even still she did not open the door for my fiance to pick up the save the dates. My fiance asked for clear timeline for when the invites would be ready…. And instead she tapped danced around the question and began to tell me that graduation season was getting started and she anticipates she would be busy with incoming orders…. KNOWING my order was already placed in JANUARY! Quality was decent but service was poor.
