They target low income and limited resource individuals. Sold my mother in law a flip at a 10% interest rate.Leaking roof and unstable foundation. Forclosed on her 3 years later. ATW did not pay taxes on the home for that last year even though she paid her mortgage all year long. Now my mother in law is being sued for unpaid taxes.Taxes that were included in her monthly payments to ATW. These people are a bunch of crooks!!! Have seen them on the news numerous times ,all the victims with the same story. How can people be allowed to operate like this??? Heartless SOBs

I was told with in a year they would sell my house and out of my name, almost 6 years ago. Currently the house is being owner financed, I’m the owner, through ATW. They have been over 30 days late several times in making the payment. Called several times and I am always told I will receive a call back and never get one. I just want my house back or for them to refinance with the people living in the home now. Never do business with these people!!!!

ATW claimed over 27K to rehab the property I purchased from them at the end of 2015. They guaranteed the total cost of rehab would be 23K. From the outset there were issues with the roof, these were never fixed. Fifteen months down the track they claimed over 4K for repairs that were not done!!!! Now the house, from foundations to roof is literally falling apart proving the work ATW were paid for was not done to the standard they claimed. Avoid ATW.

My good friend was so happy to get her house on 117 Cliff ave.Just because she became ill and last 19 days in a hospital. And no one could pay her house for her because she was alone they added all these late fees and also added insurance money to it when she got insurance already.Worst of it is the house had rotting old pipes, no insulation, the roof got ruined by the rain and they fixed it some.Also so bad that no one told her about the rats then became infested with rats ...No water heater as well, the AC the main deal in the house hardly worked.Poor lady then couldn't make her late fees and house payment which all together for one month was going to be almost 1700 which is like 2 payments.She wouldn't even catch up with her income and hers which the company already knew about.Now all of the sudden taxes for the property are coming up in her name,,still? What can a person do to get away from these con artists.Because she was never late on any payments.So please be careful . Anyone thinking about buying, think again .
