Mi experiencia fue online hice una orden y reviso mi correo y me doy cuenta que varios productos ya no los tenían pero online si los pudiste agregar, el detalle es que deberían hablar con el cliente y preguntarle si desea aún así adquirir los demás productos o cancelar su orden, ya que en ocasiones los productos que realmente te interesaban que llegaran eran los que ya no , el servicio por teléfono no contestan me parece que les falta más personal, y mejor servicio al cliente
