I have seen Maegan Cheatham, FNP-BC in between Dr's for the past few years. I now choose to see her all the time. She is very professional and conscious. She has gained my trust. The front desk staff is wonderful and very efficient.

Good doctors and staff and they have a pharmacy on site. It's a very busy location. The most common patient's are geriatric so this place is pretty much over scheduled. It does take a while to get an appointment scheduled sometimes but these folks are professionals.

I love Conviva Live Oak and it's staff of kind professionals. JoAnn Escobedo is in the front office. She is wonderful! She is always friendly and welcoming. I am always happy to see her. Ashly M. is my MA. She is so great. She always makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions I have before I see my doctor. Dr. Anderson is my doctor and I couldn't ask for a better physician. She is so very caring and makes me feel at ease.

I just love Roxanne Rodriguez! She's my PA and she is so understanding, she seems to really care about me. She asks all the right questions, and patiently listens to my answers. My personal experience at today’s doctor visit was exceptional. The wait time was excellent. The front office staff were fantastic with wonderful interpersonal skills when dealing with incoming patients. They were all pleasant, kind and very helpful while checking in making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Front office is clean, comfortable and nice. Ashly, the medical assistant was professional, friendly, helpful when greeting me for the appointment. She was very thorough with taking my vitals and I appreciated her friendly and happy mood. She was exercising patience and understanding when I presented a question. My visit with PA Roxanne Rodriguez was wonderful. She is always pleasant, understanding and has a willingness to listen to my questions, concerns and comments. PA Rodriguez exercises patience, concern and professionalism. I feel that PA Rodriguez and Ashly, her assistant are an exceptional team who show genuine concern for the patient’s needs. Thank you for being so considerate, kind and caring. I will continue to seek medical care with them for as long as I can.
