Unexpectedly Charged Me Twice the Quoted Price I just returned from the store after picking up 8 small plaques for a project. I was quoted 86 and paid half upfront. When I went to pick up the plaques today, I was surprised to find they charged me an extra 80 on top of my 86 project price. The explanation was that it was because there was more writing on my plaques than they expected, despite me watching them spend 20 minutes typing it into their system when getting the initial quote. I paid 20 a piece for a small engraved 5\ x 3\ plaque. Next time I'm buying online or finding a different trophy store.
