This review contains zero exaggeration. --- Prepare for the most frustrating experience of your life. The office is deeply inept, bordering on malpractice. They are unable to complete even the simplest of tasks. The hit rate on having a call answered during their listed working hours is under 5%. Their office will close at random. It'd be hysterical if I hadn't already been waiting three months to solve a problem other offices handle in less than a week. Your only option is to show up in person. They don't take voicemails. You just get repeated busy signals for hours on end. My insurance company and primary care physician have advised me to file a complaint with the State of Texas.
