Would give zero stars but it's not an option. This is the absolute worst place to deliver to! Due to severe winter storm I was a few hours late, earliest unload is in 6 days. Tried many times to communicate with supervisors but all attempts failed. Should boycott this facility. I even offered 200 to unload me today. BBB should investigate this receiver for wrongdoing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... very very very slow, even paying a lumper fee (it's like a favor) I'm still waiting 3:30 h and said at least 1:30 h more to get unloaded, you have to walk for check in, you have to unhook trailer, walk again for another check in and is an unsafe company, give value to your work buddy....

Long wait for delivering, staff is polite but they sure take their time offloading, my trailer was full of trash at the end. Definitely will think twice before returning here!!

Not bad called in at 530am out the gate by 9 am.. you do have to drop trailer and walk back to shipping office.. overnight parking out on the street.. check in after 10 night before

THEY WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY IF YOU COME HERE, I don't understand why if you have to pay an expensive lumper fee, they take way too much time to unload. I waited for 5 hours and this company doesn't care about its customers. The proof is the reviews on here, with no responses from the company.
