I came into Luna Car Center looking for a new car and had the WONDERFUL pleasure of working with Roy Ramirez, who helped me with everything I needed help with, being a first time car buyer. He was patient and helped walk me through all the steps of the car being experience. Although I didn't get the monthly payment I wished for (not enough credit experience led to a high % interest. Not their fault!), they found the best deal I could get with my current credit with no down payment, just the trade-in (which they gave me more that I expected for as well!) I ended up getting a used 2016 Ford Focus Titanium Hybrid with AWESOME features, and was able to drive my car off the lot the same day. Definitely will come again once I have the ability to score an even better deal lol. Thanks so much again to Roy Ramirez for having such patience and understanding, and helping me get the best deal possible!

I'm very impressed with this dealership. I stopped in on a whim and left with an excellent vehicle. Gonzalo and the owner took great care of us. We told him exactly what we wanted to spend and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they give me an excellent price on an amazing vehicle, they let me take it to my own mechanic to get it checked prior to purchasing. They took the document my mechanic gave of repairs it needed to be done on the vehicle, and got on it straight away. If you're looking to get into the vehicle this is the place to go. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I already know where I'm going to purchase my next vehicle.
