Called at 10am to see a house. Was told to meet them at property 1pm. Get dressed drive a hour across town. Waiting 5 minutes after 1pm and they tell me \sorry we can't show the house today\. Pretty much a wasted 4 hours of my day. Not terrible disappointed as I read the other reviews when I came to post this. Apparently all the tenants have issues. Slum lord's

Marshall Reddick San Antonio office was established couple years before I signed up the management service with them in February 2019. Over a year I have been seeing they have improved service all around and have been doing a great job.

Being an out-of-state owner property management company is very important for my real estate investment. They have been fantastic. Special acknowledgment to Emily Sanders at Marshall Reddick. She is amazing, professional and on top of all aspects of management including repairs, lease renewals, disputes, etc. I feel at ease knowing she is managing my properties.
