My experience with Red Mccombs Ford West has been a nightmare. I bought a lemon and of course they will not do anything about it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!HORRIBLE!!!

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra on June 10 2017 from San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I recently noticed that my car had an oil leak. I took the car to get serviced on June 11 2018 at Red McCombs Hyundai. The advisor Shawn Teague called me back later and stated that my oil plug gasket was missing and they had replaced it. A week later on June 18 2018 I took my vehicle back it was still leaking oil. The advisor Shawn Teague called me back and stated that they found damage on the oil pan and that would cost about 2k to replace and fix. My car is still under factory warranty and they refuse to cover the charges for what needs to be fixed. The next day I called to Red McCombs enterprises and spoke Tim Cliver and I explained my situation, of course Mr. Cliver brushed off what I had to say and stated that hes going to have the service manager Les Goslin call me. I finally get a hold of the service manager Les Goslin at Red McCombs. He was absolutely rude and did not listen to anything I had to say. Les Goslin stated that the due to the oil pan being damaged it would not be covered under warranty. I would have to pay out of pocket. First off all im not sure why the oil pan wasnt checked the week prior to me taking it in. Customer service was very poor all around. Im very disappointed in how everyone handled this matter. I will now handle this matter with the BBB.
