James Garza is the person to see when buying from this dealership. He has made the transaction as smooth as possible while treating you like family. He readily provided information needed to decide on a big purchase like buying a car. I highly recommend Mr. Garza to walk you through the buying process. He also handed me off to Mr. Chris Nichols who took care of me in the finance department. HE made the encounter surprisingly comfortable, he was very personable and and the transaction was quick and smooth, in my case at least. I am blown away by their warranty and level of service. I am beyond excited and I am one very satisfied customer!

This was a far more amazing experience than I could have ever hoped for. I was very timid about coming here after a not so great experience somewhere else. I got so very lucky to score the salesman I did Saturday. Mr. Ken Hathaway listened to my story and my hopeful expectations. He patiently took me car to car, made lists to compare vehicles and asked what I really wanted in a monthly payment. He didn't try to confuse me with number talk and terms, he didn't try to bully me into a larger down payment, he got me far more on my trade in than I expected. He was genuinely happy for me when I got the payment I wanted on a vehicle that had more luxury add ons than the one the other place tried to push on me. Its my first Lexus, I got the UX 200, and hopefully not my last. What is happening here, seriously? I stopped in with my daughter to check out a car for my wife and it was nothing but 5 star treatment with the least amount of hassle. And I'm not sure if the general public understands what I mean by 5 star treatment but it means: massages and manicures and coffee drinks and refreshments and entertainment and getting warm by one of several fireplaces and a spotless showroom floor and not waiting for anything and...there were several other things but putting them here does no justice to the overall experience. I have been blindly name brand loyal for years and am ready to make an addition and then a full switch with our daily drivers. I'm not sure if they will let me post it, but Bobby Roth was my salesman. I'm a simple Midwestern man with simple Midwestern values. I remember when someone does me wrong and when someone treats me right. It doesn't take much to do the right thing these days, it just takes the initiative. I say these things with nothing but praise for the experience that I had. I have no qualms about recommending him and this dealership to anybody and have had nothing but good things to say anytime an automobile or potential car purchase comes up in casual conversation.

Yesterday I purchased a 2021 gx460 and it was a perfect car buying experience. Our salesperson Taylor was so patient, kind, smart and did I mention patient? Ha ha. I did not know exactly what I wanted, then I would totally change my mind. I traded in my qx80 and was so impressed with this dealership. You really do feel like you are at a resort in the mountains. I actually look forward to oil changes, free car washes and when covid is over they offer spa services. The price I paid was perfect, signing all the paperwork with finance was easy. We will be back this week to buy a car for my husband. I usually don't write reviews, but if I can reassure anyone, Taylor is the best! One super happy 48 year old mama here.
