Only put a star because I have too. So I'm extremely dissatisfied with the food I received. I wanted medium done and got raw sirloin. To make thing more worse I didn't even get any a1 sauce or barbecue sauce with my order. Paid an extra 3 for a loaded mashed potatoes and got plain mashed potatoes. Very frustrating knowing that we have to pay a good penny of our food but received fast food quality. A management response would be greatly appreciated. We did receive a receipt for proof of purchasing the food, but did not get a receipt that had the items on it. I will rate 3 stars for now as I Had spoke to a manager named Scott was very polite and was able to fix the issue for my next visit to outback steakhouse hopefully my next visit is fantastic if so definitely will be giving 5 stars thank you

The food was good for the price we paid. The server lacked attention to detail, I had to ask three different servers for Utensils, refills and our missing food. The blooming onion was extremely salty but we made it work, just wish we had some water when we needed it. COVID19 precautions were being kept.I will give it another try soon and update my review.
We knew our waiter personally, and the wait for a seat wasn't too long. They ask for your number so they're able to contact you when a spot is open. The food and everything else is quite good.
Food was amazing but the service was slow. For two people it shouldn't take that long to sit and serve. The mixed drinks didn't taste like it had any alcohol at all.....so that was a waste of money. I love the food here but wasn't happy with drinks or service.
Our waiter was great, but the kitchen over cooked my steak. I asked for Medium and it was prepared well done (dry and over cooked). My family enjoyed their meal, while I waited for another steak. Waited so long I had to take my steak to go.
