A recent visit for a breathing test as well as a follow up with Dr. Marks deserves a 5 star review. The staff was professional and detail oriented. The lady who administered my breathing test was excellent at explaining the process and helped me feel comfortable while it was taking place. My follow up with Dr. Marks was my first Tele - Med experience and it was smooth as can be. More importantly he took the time to learn about my symptoms, provided explanations in understandable terms and we have developed some additional testing plans. I am impressed with his thoroughness and willingness to answer my questions. Great experience all the way around.

Dr. Marks is a truly amazing physician. He has always taken the time to listen, discuss options, and then ensure he provides the best care possible. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very disappointing experience. Tried to tell him my problem was a lung infection (most likely pseudomonas) but didn't seem to care or want to get to the bottom of it. Claimed I didn't have one and it was probably anxiety etc. (the typical nonsense you get from bad doctors). So, 6 weeks of more suffering then hospitalized in the ICU (by an actual competent doctor!) for...wait...for it.....pseudomonas infection and nearly died from respitatory failure (mucus plugs in lungs from the infection). I will never forgive Dr David and his incompetence. No effort to diagnose or admit that we needed to investigate more. Sadly, this was the 6th pulm doctor that dropped the ball until finally diagnosed at UCLA. Useless.

Dr. Marks is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Appropriate work up and referral lead to diagnosis of my breathing issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to consult him again if needed. His staff is helpful and responsive with prompt appointment offerings. Elizabeth was very competent and encouraging throughout pulmonary function testing. I highly recommend the Pulmonary and Sleep Institute.

Received a bill in the mail from 1.5 years ago. Apparently there is a new payment company and they said the last one did not keep track of their records at all. I told them I already paid this bill over a year ago. And The person on the phone from the new payment company said they are really not even sure if I did or not but there charging me anyway because the last lady didn’t keep good records. Absolutely horrible service to double charge your customers 1.5 years later.
