From day 1, Blaise was incredibly helpful and provided me with a orientation, study session, and was available for questions anytime. I completed the course in 4-5 weeks. It was time consuming, but this course made it easy to do on my own time. The material prepared me very well for both the state and national exam. I passed my first time! My advice is to truly study ( not just flash cards ). The questions are mostly concept, so if you know the material you will pass no problem! I completed the practice exams provided for 3 days straight! That in my opinion was the most helpful! Highly recommend this program! I am incredibly grateful for them!

I’m glad I chose to learn from School Estate. Over the summer I decided to take the next step and obtain my real estate license. I wanted to get my license in the most efficient way, but the ongoing pandemic made doing anything in person a challenge. I narrowed my search down to School Estate because of the convenience to take courses online and the great customer service I received from Blaise and Natalie, they were always readily available and answered all my questions. The material in the course was centered around my learning and really helped me reinforce what I was studying. The prep class that Blaise did really helped me to focus for the exam. I don’t think I would have passed on the first try if I had not taken this course. Thank you so much for all the help.
