I love this place! Pole fitness is a fun, exciting, and challenging workout. The instructors are amazing. They inspire me to go to the next level and teach me how to do things I thought I couldn't do. SSM is a o drama\ zone and my hour to hour and a half where the rest of the world just goes away. The workout strengthens my body and leaves me feeling empowered.

I am a loyal student of this studio. When I had just moved here I found my comfort and encouragement at this studio! March will be my one year anniversary here and I couldn't be happier! I love everyone here and couldn't be happier with the instructors and even all the others that come to learn.
I’m a dancer now and I was interested in visiting a while back. The 25 beginners class wasn’t worth it to me. The instructor was super strict and only allowed you to do what she taught, which was super basic stuff. She taught you 1 rountine for like 1 1/2 min and none of it involved coming off the floor. It was kind of boring.
I've been coming to this studio off and on for at least 3 to 4 years now. I love it. I can't stay away. Not only do they have pole class but they offer a variety of other classes also. If you want combo and floor work moves Black Orchid is your go to girl. If you're just beginning Kendra is awesome. Her kindness, patience, and positivity just makes you want to work harder and achieve your goals. Chair with flair is new and I'm enjoying every minute of it. You also are offered Russian exotic workshops which are fun as well. This place is amazing with positivity no judgement for all ages and shapes and sizes. Everyone can do it and enjoy getting a new different way to work out and improve your self esteem. The owner is also an amazing person she works with you if you have a conflict or something happens and you can't make it. Don't be afraid or why. This place will welcome you with open arms and you become part of the SSM family.
I have taken this form of dance before and loved Soft Sensuous Moves! This dance studio was very fun and had other creative events that where very enjoyable! I loved attending classes at this dance studio and made many friends while I was here! Thank You!
