As a small business owner I have called to get a quote 6-7 times over the past months or so. I get put on hold for 45 plus minutes or I am transferred to a incorrect department. I have never successfully reached anyone who can assist me in becoming a customer.

Not good. They raised my policy when I did not have any tickets or accidents. And this was through AARP there's no low cost or senior citizen discounts. The commercial on TV makes me sick bc it's NOT TRUE. THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMERCIAL ARE TRULY ACTING THE ACT.
